Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 6rwim website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager on 6rwim, you enter into a binding agreement with 6rwim and acknowledge that you have read and fully understood these Terms.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately. 6rwim reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after modifications are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Section 2

Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account on 6rwim, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 6rwim is strictly an adult platform. Underage gambling is illegal and will result in immediate account closure.
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You are registering for your own personal, non-commercial use only. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You do not already hold an existing 6rwim account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all associated balances.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable law.

6rwim reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals, and forfeiture of bonus balances.

Section 3

Account Registration and KYC Verification

To open a 6rwim account, you must complete the registration form by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are required to maintain and update this information as necessary to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process, 6rwim may require you to submit one or more of the following documents before processing withdrawals or activating bonus eligibility:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (National ID, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official letter).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account screenshot showing the registered mobile number).
• Source of funds declaration if deposits exceed thresholds set by 6rwim's compliance team.

Section 4

Deposits and Withdrawals

6rwim processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are facilitated through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are subject to minimum and maximum limits as published on the Platform from time to time.

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal requests made on 6rwim:

• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be reversed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. 6rwim reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of identity checks.
• Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal. Only cleared real-money balances may be withdrawn.
• 6rwim does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile financial service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may levy their own transaction charges.

6rwim is not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party payment processors or network outages. In the event of a disputed transaction, you must contact 6rwim support within 30 days of the transaction date.

Section 5

Bonuses and Promotions

6rwim offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms set out on the relevant promotional page and to the general bonus conditions below. In the event of conflict between specific and general terms, the specific promotional terms prevail.

• Bonuses are credited at 6rwim's discretion and are subject to wagering requirements before any related winnings can be withdrawn.
• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus only once. Duplicate accounts created to obtain additional welcome bonuses will be closed and all funds forfeited.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and carry no monetary value outside the Platform. They cannot be exchanged for cash without satisfying applicable wagering requirements.
• 6rwim reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, including in cases of suspected abuse or violation of these Terms.
• Free spins issued as part of a promotion are subject to specific wagering multipliers and game eligibility restrictions as detailed in the applicable promotional terms.

Section 6

Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and gaming activity on 6rwim are subject to the specific rules of each product (sportsbook, live casino, slots) as displayed within the respective product interface. The following general rules apply across all products:

• Bets are final once confirmed. Players are solely responsible for verifying bet details before submission. 6rwim does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets.
• In the event of a technical error, 6rwim reserves the right to void any affected bet. In such cases, the original stake will be refunded to the player's account.
• Maximum win limits per bet or session apply on certain products. These limits are displayed in the relevant product section and vary by game type and provider.
• Live betting markets may be suspended or settled early at 6rwim's discretion in the event of data feed interruptions, match abandonment, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• RTP percentages for slot games are determined by the game provider and are available in each game's information panel. 6rwim does not alter RNG outcomes.

Section 7

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 6rwim Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Opening multiple accounts (whether under the same or different identities) for any purpose, including circumventing account closures or obtaining duplicate bonuses.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software that interacts with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, including money laundering, fraud, or theft.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain credits, winnings, or advantages not intended by 6rwim.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 6rwim staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.

6rwim employs real-time fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities. We report suspicious financial activity in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

Responsible Gaming

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform without express written permission from 6rwim.

6rwim collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 6rwim, its officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform.

In jurisdictions where limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages are not permitted, 6rwim's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Section 12

Amendments to These Terms

6rwim reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be accessible on this page. We will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players of material changes via email or an on-Platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any change constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to 6rwim's operations. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to 6rwim's customer support team for resolution. 6rwim aims to resolve all player disputes within 14 business days of receipt. If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, both parties may seek resolution through applicable legal channels.
